Team "Mom" Meeting
Attention parents or guardians:
If you want to be a "team mom" please plan
to attend a meeting on 2/2 /12 at 7pm.
Cabana located at 11908 Berrybrook Ct,
corner of Berrybrook & Alderbrook.
Background Checks/Birth Certificates
All parents who help with teams will need to be
background checked. Further, we will need a
copy of birth certificates for every child as well as a medical release.
All froms are located at the bottom right side of this page.
Please bring items to the meeting with your team coach.
Drafts
Drafts for all divisions will be held
the week of January 22,2012.
If you have not paid your daughter will be waitlisted
until payment is received.

Coaches will be contacting parents
regarding team placement later this week via email or phone call.
Practices will begin on or after February 1,2012
